Butcher Dates: 2025 Only
Need A Beef or Pork Butchered fill out the request form and we will get back to you with a list of dates we have open.
We ask that all animals are at our facility by 9:00 a.m. the day of the appointment. We have a very long line of cancellations on a list so if you do not need your spot or you downsize your numbers that you are bringing in call us so we can fill the spot. If you do not call us, you will be charged for the spot. We will need Names, Phone numbers on who is getting the beef or pork the day of drop off. We Butcher Beef every Monday and Tuesday and Hogs once a month. Also, if you are planning on Butchering during your County Fair you must have a spot set on the books for your fair or you will be turned away as we only take what we can handle. We Block off spots for this time of year. We are very busy mid-July -mid August.
Make sure you have the exact amount of animal coming in on the books or we charge $ 200 a hog or $400 a beef if canceled with in the 2-week window.
